In 1999, Rosenbaum Engineering, Inc. (REI) was retained to provide Continuing Structural Engineering Services in support of the City’s Architectural staff as well as providing Structural Engineering Services to other City of Tallahassee Departments. The initial contract was for two years plus a one year contract extension. After completing a number of projects in this capacity during the first contract, REI was selected in 2003 for an additional three year contract, and was recently selected for an additional five year term contract beginning in 2007.
