Rosenbaum Engineering was the structural engineer of record for this historic structure, and provided Evaluation and Structural Repair of the existing structure which was severely damaged by insects and dry-rot. Also, REI designed up-to-date of strengthening of the structure to bring floor loads up to current Code requirements.
