REI provided complete Structural Documents and construction observations for the Training Tower constructed on the Training Campus at Fire Station 4 for the City of Tallahassee Fire Department. The six-story structure utilized load bearing masonry walls, and a precast concrete hollow core floor system supported on a reinforced concrete mat foundation. The facility provides multiple training challenges for firefighters for the City of Tallahassee Fire Department. Brick Rosenbaum of REI also provided the Threshold Inspection services on this project. This project bid and was completed under budget.
